The state of New Hampshire shares with many states the same law regarding
slot machine ownership by residents. Any slot machine that was manufactured
within the last 25 years is strictly prohibited. Of course, anything older than
that is considered an antique by the state, and is legal to own. While many New
Hampshire residents feel that this is too strict, there are some states that do

Horse and dog racing in the state is regulated by the New Hampshire Pari-Mutuel
Commission. They are in charge of everything from licensing to collecting taxes
and much more. The state lottery operates separately from this department.
New Hampshire may not be the strictest state when it comes to slot machine
