USA Slot Machines
United States Slot Machine Laws
Local Slots
Different regulations and laws apply to owning and playing slot machines
in each state. Some states won't let you own a slot machine at
all, while others only let you own a slot machine if it is an
antique and others let you own any type of slot machine. The
purpose of this section of the site is to provide some general
guidance regarding these regulations.

This section about USA slot machines is provided for your education and entertainment and should not be construed as legal advice. Check your local laws and statutes concerning owning and playing slots before doing so. Also, none of the information in this section has any applicability to online slots play. That's a whole other kettle of fish that we don't even address here.
United States slot machine laws are arbitrary and make little sense. You can walk into hundreds of businesses in Las Vegas, Reno, or Atlantic City and play slots all day long, but you can't legally play a slot machine anywhere in Ohio.

newer slot machine and playing slots in your state, or anywhere
that you may be traveling, find the state in question on the
