Friday was my wife’s birthday. When I asked her what she would like to do on her special day she replied “let’s go up to Choctaw and play some slots”! So, we did. We arrived around 6:30 and started out playing some of the VGT red screen machines. I hit $700 on a Crazy Cherries slots game early on. We ate supper at the buffet. After supper my wife found a Monopoly slots machine and she put a $300 ticket into.
I had forgotten how much fun the Monopoly slot machines are to play. No matter which version of the game you are playing, they all seem to have at least 4 different bonus games. My wife played that machine for about an hour and finished up $400, so she cashed out a $700 ticket.
That would have been a perfect time to leave and go home. But, she was not done getting her gamble on, so we stuck around a while and played the slots some more. Neither one of us had any luck after that. We left around midnight basically even. I won about the same amount she ended up even. All in all, not bad for an evenings entertainment.
